Ron was amazing. Hey took the time to help me with everything I needed. I was there with no appointment and 3 younger children. There was no issue for him. He was kind and patient. You could tell he was just a great person. Ended up buying a great F250 at a fair price. Couldn’t be happier with my experience and truck.

Ask for Rebecca!
Bought this 2014 Chevy Silverado Texas Edition truck from Rebecca at Hi Line motors and had a great experience. The truck is doing well, and is living up to expectations. Rebecca was friendly and did not try to push or hassle me into buying. It took me a few days to make the decision and she let me go at my own pace. The sales manager there was great too. Overall, very happy with my experience and would by from here again.

Amazing Process!
I bought my Jeep here and it was an extremly easy process! I am so happy with not only my Jeep, but also with the quality of service that I recieved. I have purchased vehicles from other places and felt as though I was just a "number", another customer to come through the door, but at HiLine I really enjoyed the personal experience and not being thought of as just another customer. HiLine has EXCELLENT customer service and amazing cars. Will DEFINTELY purchase from them again!

2016 BMW 320I
I know this is just my view on this dealership, but if you plan on buying a car from them please don’t. They will lie straight to your face and not do what you ask of them. My example is my wife was pre-approved through capital one, and she submitted her papers through this dealer to purchase a car. They went behind her back to several other financial institutions trying to get her approved. When all they had to do was go through capital one. If you don’t know, but this affects your credit score when these other places turn you down. Yes we purchased the car, but we didn’t find these things out until after the fact when the denial letter’s showed up in our mailbox. The only reason I could see them doing this is that the financial company gave them a better deal like higher interest rate, it didn’t benefit us. The salesman name is Tommy. I know we are all grown people and my wife and I should’ve did a better job of following up with our bank. We took for granted this was a half way decent salesman as well as dealership, but I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. She is now in the process of disputing all of these unnecessary rejections and filing a BBB complaint. His take on the overall sale it’s the buyers duty to ensure everything is correct. Well this is what happens you trust another human to follow through with what was given to them in the beginning. We have never had such an awful experience in car buying. And let’s not even talk about the surprise HAIL damage.

Fantastic cars and awesome service
Purchased a BMW 3 series. The car is immaculate and in perfect condition. Absolutely love it. I worked with Steve and he is super friendly and very helpful. This is what buying a used car should be like. Steve really went out of his way to make sure we were happy and that the car was perfect. Thank you HiLine Motors!

2013 BMW M5
One of the smoothest if not THE smoothest purchases I/we have ever experienced. Ramon was professional, helpful, and available when needed. Financing was a breeze through these guys.
